This module should enable you to:
1. Identify factors that cause dementia
2. Describe the progression of symptoms of dementia
3. List causes of dementia
4. Discuss the nursing care of residents with dementias

In order to fulfill requirements to obtain the contact hour the learner must read the entire module, take and pass the test with a score of at least 70%, and submit the Continuing Education Registration and Evaluation Form on the last page of this module. Contact hours for this program will be offered through 2013.
